DUSTY KNUCKLE BAKERY
Dusty Knuckle is a bakery and café located just downstairs @bootstrap in the Bootyard. They started out in one of our Bootstrap shipping containers, then two, and how they’ve grown! They are a purpose driven business, and use their busy operations to help at-risk youth take forward steps in their lives through on-the-job training and mentorship.
But most of all they make delicious breads, buns and legendary sandwiches. It will be messy but you won’t regret it!

40FT BREWERY
40FT is just downstairs @bootstrap in the Bootyard and they make fresh modern, beer onsite. They started in the kitchen of a Hackney Houseshare where three homebrewers made beer for house parties, then moved on to one of our Bootsrap containers. From there they’ve organically grown over the last 6 years to have an output of 8,000 pints a week pouring in pubs and restaurants across East London, as well as in 40FT’s award winning taproom @bootstrap.

ACME
Acme is fairly new to @bootstrap in the bootyard. They set out to do something different from the usual ‘dude food’ BBQ.
Here vegetables take centre stage, with rare & native bred meat from regenerative farms, and day-boat fish taking a supporting role. Their inspiration is pulled from around the globe, evident in their grilling & fermentation techniques as well as their heavy use of chili and spices.

CAFE OTO
Cafe OTO @bootstrap provides a home for creative new music to exist outside of the mainstream with evening programmes of adventurous live music seven nights a week. The concert programme at Cafe OTO is managed by OTOProjects – a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC).
Cafe OTO is also open as a cafe during the day, serving a range of pastries and snacks and selling books, records, tapes and CDs.

URBAN GOOD CIC
Urban Good is a social enterprise striving to make cities and towns great places to live. They sell maps to help do that.
