Responsible Business Practice

We promote responsible business by ensuring of our tenants pay the London Living Wage, support ex-offenders re-entering employment, and promote diversity and inclusion in their recruitment and retention practices.

We help young people in Hackney to make informed career choices through running Industry Insight Days, promoting Work Experience and offering Career Mentorship.

Charity Support

We support our tenant charities to deliver their charitable objectives. We establish skill- based employee volunteering partnerships between our commercial and charity tenants.

We manage over 60,000 square foot of workspace on Ashwin and Abbott Street in Dalston, Hackney. We let studios at the current market rate to a mix of tenants, from small businesses and creative and social entrepreneurs to charities and start-ups.
