Bootstrap Charity has been home to social entrepreneurs, small businesses, and charities for nearly 50 years. We offer workspace and offices across 3 buildings and 2 outdoor spaces in a quiet and quirky corner of Dalston.

We are home to a family of 75 tenants in the creative, social, and hospitality industries. The combination of place and people generates a distinct energy and warmth. We believe that good people can make the world a better place, and we reflect this in the way we work together and care for each other.

Bootstrap Charity offers our charity tenants cheaper rents and funds our social enterprise tenants to run employment programmes for young people, and draw on our tenants and partners to support this work as mentors and industry experts.

Our tenants

Bootstrap is home to over 70 organisations, including small businesses, creative and social entrepreneurs, charities and start-ups.
